All of our workouts are structured in a way that individual abilities can be taken into account. We even provide modifications for those with limitations.
Do I have to buy products for the meal plan?
Our meal plans are whole food based and created to fit your individual nutritional needs. We do not prescribe any products. However, if you would like to take any supplements, we can discuss what you are considering during your Coach calls.
